Pasco City Television and Richland CityView Announce Expanded Coverage

Charter Cable customers in Pasco and Richland can now view their neighboring city’s respective television programming. Charter Cable has expanded the coverage of Pasco City Television (PSC-TV), Channel 191, into Richland and Richland CityView, Channel 192, into Pasco.

PSC-TV and CityView are government access channels that provide award winning programming 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The stations bring local government closer to the community by broadcasting live City Council and board meetings, news programs, local events, and other programming of interest to the residents of Pasco and Richland.

“We are pleased to have the opportunity to share relevant programming between our neighboring communities. This allows our citizens to be even more informed of activities and priorities throughout our region”, states Mike Charboneau, Cable Communications lead for the City of Richland.
