PSC-TV Community Calendar Announcement
REQUIREMENTS:
• Requesting organization must be non-profit. *Please include 501 (c) (3) Designation Letter.
• Submit written message of thirty words or less.
• Include essential information: WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, etc.
• Provide a contact person, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.
• Specify start and end date for the announcement.
PSC-TV reserves the right to edit text in order to provide format consistency. Space limitation is also a consideration.
TRAC Readerboard Announcement
REQUIREMENTS:
The electronic reader board at TRAC is intended primarily for the use of local, non-profit organizations, doing business in Franklin County and the City of Pasco. Messages may include promotion of community events, attractions, activities, and programs.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. The reader board manager reserves the right to edit, refuse or delete messages. In most cases new messages are posted to the reader board on Mondays and run until your requested stop date. You should plan your start date to fall on a Monday two weeks prior to your event.
RELEASE: The user hereby releases the City of Pasco, the Franklin PUD and the TRAC, their officers, officials, employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability which may be associated with the display of information on the electronic reader board, including, but not limited to any failure to perform by the above named agencies.
