If utility payments are not received before the next bill is sent, a late charge will be added to the bill ($5 or 1.5%, whichever is greater).
A delinquent bill could also be subject to disconnection and additional charges resulting from disconnection.
Please pay your bill in a timely manner to avoid any additional charges and inconvenience.
If you cannot pay the entire bill for whatever reason, please contact our office. A Customer Service Representatives can assist in making payment arrangements. Do not wait until your water is turned off to make payment arrangements.
