Paying your Utility Bill

There are several ways to pay your utility bill.

You can come to City Hall and pay your bill at the Customer Service Counter with cash, checks, and money orders.  We also accept debit cards. (There is a fee of 50 cents to use a debit card).

You can also mail a check or money order to:

Pay Online or by telephone:

You can pay through your bank's online bill payer service usually with no additional fees. Contact your banking institution for additional information regarding setting up your account.

Payment Drop Box Locations:

City Hall:      525 N. Third Avenue

The payment drop box slot located outside the 3rd Ave entrance at City Hall to the north of the main glass doors.

TRAC:      6600 Burden Blvd. (just east of Road 68)

A payment drop box is located in front of the Trade, Recreation and Agricultural Center (there are several utility payment drop boxes located on the drive up island directly in front of the entrance).

Always enclose the return portion of your bill for proper credit to your account.

Do not leave cash in the drop boxes.

Payments for delinquent accounts should be dropped off at City Hall only.
