Pasco offers a reduced Low Income/Senior Citizen rate for residential water and sewer services available to qualified individuals. Basic qualifications are: Sixty-two years of age or older and low income. This is for residential accounts only, subject to income limits (not greater than the US Federal Poverty Level, very low income limits). The applicant must reside at the location and must have resided at the location for more than 90 days.
