Utility RefundsUtility Refunds: If you are due a refund on a utility account and have not received payment, please contact the Utility Billing Clerk at 545-3400. Once the account is closed and the final bill is processed, the refund payment information is then processed and a refund check issued. It may take two or three weeks for your check to arrive. All Other Bills of the City: Please contact the Accounts Payable Clerk with questions on other bills owed by the City. |
