Bench Warrants

A warrant of arrest may be issued for failure to appear for a hearing, failure to report to jail or for probation violations.  These bench warrants are signed by the judge and commands police officers to arrest the designated person when located.  An active warrant may be removed from the system and recalled when the defendant posts the cash or bond as specified upon the face of the warrant at the court window or at the Franklin County jail when Pasco Municipal Court is closed.
