Probation Department

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (excluding Holidays), Closed daily 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

It is the responsibility of the Probation Department to monitor a defendant’s compliance with court-ordered conditions of probation. Authority to oversee defendants may include satisfactory completion of treatment programs and payment of restitution to the victim.
