Encompasses the areas east of 4th Avenue, including the Highland Park and Kurtzman Park neighborhoods.
District 2 (Red Area): Councilman Mike Garrison Term: 01/03/06 - 12/31/09
Encompasses the area between Highway 395 and 20th Avenue, and the area generally South of Shoshone and Bonneville Streets west of 4th Avenue.
District 3 (Yellow Area): Councilman Bob Hoffman Term: 01/03/06 - 12/31/09
Encompasses the area bordered by Pearl Street on the North; 4th Avenue on the East; Shoshone Street on the South; and 20th Avenue on the West.
District 4 (Tan Area): Mayor Joyce Olson Term: 01/03/06 - 12/31/09
Encompasses the area west of 4th Avenue North of Argent Road and North of I-182 and includes the Village at Sun Willows.
District 5 (Purple Area): Councilwoman Rebecca Francik Term: 01/07/08 - 12/31/11
Encompasses the area West of Highway 395 and South of Argent Road and the area generally East of Hwy. 395 bounded by I-182 on the north, 18th Ave. on the East and Court Street on the South.
