The Pasco Police Department’s Crime Free Multi-Housing Program (CFMH) was designed to help owners, tenants, and managers of rental property keep drugs and other illegal activity off their property. The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program consists of three phases that must be met before any property receives a Crime Free Multi-Housing certification within the City of Pasco:
• Register and attend an eight (8) hour landlord training seminar offered by the Pasco Police Department.
• Inspection and certification that rental property has met security requirements for tenant safety.
• Organize a tenant crime prevention training meeting—Neighborhood Watch.
