Registration Guidelines:
- You must register prior to attending the activity.
- Full fee must be paid at time of registration.
- Class sizes are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
- Activities are subject to change by Pasco Recreation Services.
- Class minimums must be met or the class is subject to cancellation.
- A $25.00 service fee will be assessed against all returned checks.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- The City of Pasco reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine activities.
- If an activity is cancelled, participants will be notified by phone and a refund of the registration fee will be credited to the account.
- Transaction fees for the processing of the registration will not be refunded.
- Withdrawals requested less than two working days prior to the first class receive a 50% credit on account.
- No credit will be issued after the first class.
- No refunds will be granted to athletic teams or league or tournament play, if the request is made after schedules are made.
- Refunds for day &/or overnight trips will not be issued within 10 working days of the trip unless there is a replacement on a waiting list.

Be sure to completely fill out the registration form located through the link below and return with the full registration fee (please note that City of Pasco residents pay the discounted fee). Registrations received without correct fee will be returned.
Payment Policies:
Payment in full must accompany the registration prior to the class or program’s first meeting. Make checks payable to City of Pasco.

After Hours Drop Box:
For your 24-hour convenience a drop box is located in the front doors (3rd Avenue) of City Hall, 525 N. 3rd Avenue.
Include completed registration form and full payment in a sealed envelope to “Recreation Services”
