Establish community awareness among Pasco business owners with the intent to reduce crimes against businesses. Our goal is to have businesses work together in partnership with the Pasco Police Department to reduce opportunities for crime to occur. The Pasco Police Department’s Crime Prevention Specialist, along with our Area Resource Officers, will provide training classes for our local merchants and their employees. As part of the program we will provide Business Crime Alerts via fax and/or e-mail. This will give us the ability to disseminate pertinent information in cases of robberies, burglaries and thefts.
