Building Inspection Services
The Inspection Services Division is responsible for processing building permit applications, conducting inspections of work permitted and in general monitoring construction projects within the City to ensure they meet the quality and safety standards as required by the State Building Code.
We are currently using the following building codes:

All electrical permitting is currently handled by WA State Labor and Industries.
