Welcome to Pasco Municipal Court. Pasco Municipal Court recognizes the importance of treating individuals appearing before the court in a fair and impartial manner so that everyone, to the extent possible, feels that he or she has truly had their day in court whether the matter to be heard is civil or criminal in nature.

Pasco Municipal Court DOES NOT HEAR small claim cases, civil actions, name changes, anti-harassment orders or petitions for protection orders requesting removal of a party from the family home or involving custody/visitation of children. Please visit Franklin County Superior Court or Franklin County District Court regarding information on these types of cases.
