The executive department provides general administrative oversight of the city organization to assure efficient and effective delivery of municipal services consistent with City Council policy and directives. The department oversees all personnel matters and external communications for the organization.

About Pasco's Deputy City Manager
Deputy City Manager Stan Strebel has pursued a career in local government over the past 35 years and has a broad knowledge of Pasco and the Tri-Cities having served in his current position since July 2009 and prior as Administrative and Community Services Director for over 10 years.

He has extensive professional experience in public management - serving more than 11 years as city manager in two cities - and another 12 years in county government management positions, including planning and general services.
