Residential Projects
Please follow the below process and submit (by mail, email or in person) your complete application package to the Permit Technician for review and approval prior to commencing work on any residential project that requires a building permit. If you are not sure if your project requires a building permit please contact the Inspection Services Department and we will be happy to guide you.
Some projects that do require a permit are:
- Fence
- Shed (no matter the size/type)
- Deck
- Patio Cover
- Concrete work
- Window Installation
- Siding replacement
- Re-Roof
