Title VI

Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act provides that no person in the US shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, creed or disability be excluded from participation, be denied benefits or services of or be otherwise discriminated against under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.  The links below provide information on Title VI.
