Background Information
Councilmember Irving Brown, Sr., was appointed by the City Council in July 2022 to fill the vacancy created when former Councilmember Nikki Torres resigned in May 2022. Councilmember Brown is currently employed by Oasis Farms in Prosser as Human Resources Manager and has lived in the community since 2008.

- January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2025. Note: District 3 will be open for election in 2023 because of the vacancy, per state law.
