Below is a list of projects that DO require a building permit:
The Building Department is accepting submittals via email. Send your complete submittal to: [email protected] When submitting this way, be sure to provide the projects site address as the email subject. Attach your files to the email in PDF format.
Please be sure to review the provided checklists to ensure your submittal includes all required documentation.
