The City of Pasco City Manager’s Office (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional branding firms to provide comprehensive place branding for the City of Pasco. The intent of this request for proposals (RFP) is to partner with one or more branding firms to provide high quality service, delivering a heavily researched and unique brand for the City at a competitive cost.
