Who do I contact if I’m having problems with my landlord/tenant? Can the city help?

The Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18) covers all those who rent their home. Resources that may help you with your landlord/tenant issues are available on the website for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. If you are tenant who believes that there are conditions in your home which may not meet the City of Pasco’s housing code, you can contact Code Enforcement to request an inspection by the city’s housing inspector at (509) 543-5743.
