  1. Introduction

    Governor Inslee's "Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery" made in response to the COVID-19 emergency, currently allows for in-person meetings. City meetings allowing in-person attendance are City Council, Civil Service Commission, Code Enforcement Board, Hearing Examiner, Planning Commission, and Public Facilities District meetings.

    Members of the public wishing to attend meetings in person will need to follow the Governor's public meeting protocol outlined in Proclamation No. 20-28.14.

    Individuals, who would like to provide public comment remotely, may continue to do so by filling out this online form to obtain access information to comment. Requests to comment in meetings must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of each meeting. Please see the agenda for the meeting in question for call-in information to listen to the meeting.

    City Council, Planning Commission, Hearing Examiner, and Code Enforcement Board meetings are broadcast live on PSC-TV Channel 191 on Charter/Spectrum Cable in Pasco and Richland and streamed at and on the City’s Facebook page at
